TO PROVIDE FOR POST-PRODUCTION:
Provide the logos to appear in the video as PNG files with a transparent background, in the highest possible resolution.
Provide the typeface chosen for the titles.
Provide any additional graphics if needed.
Provide the brand guidelines (RGB colours) to follow.
The background music is chosen from the elements.envato.com sound library.
BEFORE THE SHOOT:
The location chosen for filming must be clean and tidy (if the crew rearranges it, it will be put back as it was at the end of the shoot).
People appearing in the video should wear clothes they feel comfortable in.
People being filmed should not wear patterned clothing (checks or stripes); clothes with prominent brand logos are also strongly discouraged.
If needed, these people should visit the hairdresser or barber beforehand.
Everyone being filmed must sign an image rights release form (we can provide a template).
DURING THE SHOOT
Provide easy access for unloading the equipment.
Be present 1 hour before filming if make-up is needed, otherwise 30 minutes before.
Other people on set must remain silent.
Phones must be switched off.
Any other device that could cause unwanted noise must be switched off or set to flight mode, if available.
COVID-19 precautions still apply. Wear a mask between takes. Washing hands frequently is strongly recommended.Absolutely not! Just tell us the resolution you need. We will do our best to deliver the necessary exports at no extra cost.
Would you like to receive all the working files?
Source files are the creation files. They are of no use to you unless you master Adobe software (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) or Final Cut, but they can allow your designer to adapt all the animation’s creative elements into flyers, posters or graphics for your website. Keeping these files is of no use to us, which is why we hand them over for a flat fee of 20% of the project amount.
We keep your entire project for 36 months. After this period, we delete the working files from our servers and keep only a copy of your final deliverable. We can keep your files for longer for an additional fee (quote on request, depending on the size of your files).
